Data deletion
Effective August 27, 2026
This page explains how to remove the data Cintrova LLC, operating as Cintrova, holds about a connected Facebook or Instagram account. There are two ways, and either one is enough.
1. Disconnect it yourself, which is immediate
Sign in to your Cintrova dashboard, open Connections, and press Disconnect next to the account. This deletes our stored access token for that account straight away. Once it is gone we can no longer see or publish to the account, and nothing further is scheduled to it.
2. Ask us, and we will do it
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and say which account you want removed. We will delete it and confirm to you by email, normally within two business days and always within thirty days.
You can also revoke us from Meta's side
On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Cintrova. On Instagram, go to Settings, then Website permissions or Apps and websites, and remove Cintrova. Doing this stops our access at once. It does not by itself delete what we already hold, so use one of the two steps above as well if that is what you want.
What gets deleted
The encrypted access token for that account, the Page or account name and id we stored alongside it, and the record of which account a scheduled post was aimed at. Content you approved with us, and the artwork we made for you, is your project work and stays in your account until you delete it or close the account, which you can do at any time by emailing us.
What we never held in the first place
We do not read or store your messages, your direct messages, your follower lists, or your ad accounts. The access we ask for exists to publish the posts you have already approved, and nothing else.
Deleting your whole account
To close your Cintrova account entirely and have everything removed, email [email protected]. We will confirm once it is done. Some records, such as invoices, are kept where the law requires it.
